Purchase Terms & Conditions
Payments:
Cost of the paintings does not include
shipment and packaging charges. This will be mentioned as per actual in the invoice.
All painting couriers will be made by BlueDart/DHL.
Buyers will be required to complete
payment within a period of 7 business days after getting a proforma invoice/ confirmation
via email, else the order will be cancelled. MyWebERA will dispatch the Painting
only after receiving the complete payment.
Will be intimated over email during
the confirmation.

A.
At MyWebERA,
all purchases are final; no claim for refund of payment will be entertained at any
stage.
B.
MyWebERA
will not be responsible for missing/ damage of the painting through courier. For
any shipment related concerns, please contact us at
sales@mywebera.com and we will revert
back to you within 24 working hours.
In the unlikely event of you receiving
a damaged product, please do the following:
1.
Make note
of the damage on the courier's copy of the airway bill, and a copy of the airway
bill, which you retain.
2.
Also, appropriate
remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (applicable) of the courier personnel
making the delivery.
C.
If you choose
to undertake the custom clearance yourself or by a third party appointed by you
then the paintings will be considered delivered not at the shipping address in your
order details but at the customs location at the destination country. Also please
make a note of the following
1.
Your purchase
will be considered delivered once the relevant documents for self-clearance are
handed over by our logistics carriers to you/your appointed agent.
2.
MyWebERA
is not responsible for the storage or damages to the painting(s) after the hand
over of documents to you/your appointed broker and pending customs clearance.
3.
MyWebERA
is not responsible for any delays caused during customs clearance.
4.
MyWebERA
will not be liable for the condition of your purchase once they reach you after
custom clearance.
